Installing i226-T4 card in Windows server

1) Download thee file from the website of Intel
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15084/intel-ethernet-adapter-complete-driver-pack.html

2) Go to Device Manager
You will see the network card as shown on photo 1.


3) Right-mouse click on 1 of the 4 ports to select "update driver"

4) Click on "Browse my computer for drivers" (see photo 2)

5) Click on "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer" (see photo 3)

6) Select the option "Network adapters" (see photo 4)

7) After the page is loaded, click on "Have Disk" (see photo 5)

8) At the bottom of the pop-up screen browse to the file you just downloaded from the Intel website.
Inside the folder navigate to the folder "PRO2500\Winx64\WS2025" (see photo 6)

9) Search for the i226-T1 driver inside the file and press Next (see photo 7)

9) Afterward you will get a warning. Press yes to continue (see photo 8)

10) The driver is installed for this port and will be working from now on.
Repeat steps 2 through 9 for the other 3 ports.
